Refund and Returns Policy

At OSbooter.com, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Refund Policy

1. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
2. The customer must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) when returning the product.
3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.

Returns Policy

1. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange.
2. If you wish to return a product for reasons other than defects or damages, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging included.
3. The customer is responsible for shipping fees when returning a product for reasons other than defects or damages.
4. Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
5. The customer must provide a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) when returning the product.
6. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is returned in a damaged or used condition, or if it is returned after the 30-day return period has elapsed.
